SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pretty Please Silicone Moulds.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide:

  • Standard Shipping — $10 AUD
  • Express Shipping — $15 AUD

Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Please note that free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Many orders are dispatched sooner, however during busy periods there may occasionally be slight delays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All Australian orders include tracking.

Please note that Pretty Please Silicone Moulds only has access to the same tracking information provided by Australia Post or the courier service. If your parcel is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, we will gladly assist you with any enquiries where possible.

Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post should be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Weather events
  • Peak postage periods
  • Carrier delays
  • Regional or rural delivery areas

Orders sent to regional and rural areas may take longer to arrive than metro deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier providers, customs processing or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pretty Please Silicone Moulds is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at prettypleasesiliconemoulds@gmail.com and include photos of the packaging and products.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be missing, we kindly ask that you first check around your property, safe places and with neighbours.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at prettypleasesiliconemoulds@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.
